Privacy & Terms

Draft · Updated 29 October 2026

What is available

The pilot supports profiles, company review, job applications, interview scheduling and preparation, and hiring follow-up. Live AI voice and video interviews are not available. Cloud AI processing is disabled.

Information you provide

Jobuly stores account and contact details, work preferences, experience, uploaded CVs, applications, interview records, and company information needed for these workflows. Only provide information relevant to hiring.

Who receives your information

You confirm an application before it is shared with an employer. During the pilot, the Jobuly team reviews applications before employer delivery. Administrators also review company details and reports. Employer notes and candidate preparation have separate access controls.

Account and website preferences

The website uses a session cookie for sign-in and a language cookie for EN, AZ or RU. Your interface language can also be saved to your account. Email is used for verification, password recovery and workflow notifications.

Deletion and backups

Candidates can remove their CV or delete their account from their profile. Backups are separate copies and are not immediately rewritten when live data is deleted. Backups currently use the same VPS; they do not protect against loss of that server. Contact us for questions about retained information.

Using the pilot

Provide accurate job-related information and company details you are authorized to submit. Do not upload another person’s private records or use the service to harass people. Employers make hiring decisions; Jobuly does not guarantee a job, a hire or the accuracy of user-provided claims.

Publication status

This is a draft description of the pilot, not finalized legal terms or a complete privacy notice. The operator’s legal name and business address still need to be supplied before these documents can be finalized.
